- Partner with both functional and cross-functional partners to develop and pull-through messaging for HCP and patient audiences across all touchpoints.
- Communications planning:
- Support IMC lead in the translation of marketing objectives into communication objectives. Collaborate with lead to develop the tactical and measurement plan.
- Communication materials creation:
- Manage timely and effective creation of marketing communication materials by translating content needs from PMs, and IMC lead to designers and digital producers.
- Brand management:
- Ensure communications materials are consistent with company and WATCHMAN™ brand guidelines.
- Project Management:
- Leverage proven skills in organizing, executing, and managing projects utilizing tools and templates that aid in tracking and communicating project status and next steps. Proactively communicate and work with key stakeholders to remove impediments.
- Quality system requirements:
- In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Other duties as required by team lead.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required. Hiring for an Integrated
- Marketing Communication Specialist.
- At least 3 years of direct experience with developing successful marketing communication plans and materials for a medical device, or other product in a highly regulated industry. Do not submit interns or candidates with less than 3 years' experience or they will be disqualified.
- Copywriting and editing of marketing materials for various audiences
- Collateral/content development for use in multiple communications channels.
- Strong demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital, Business or another relevant field preferred.
- Agency experience preferred.
