- We build ad products exclusive to Client.
- Comprised of approx. 7 squads from product to tools to server.
- We do not own any pages or app screens, so we are always collaborating with lots of teams.
- 2 Designers directly on the team. Dedicated researcher as well.
- 3 Product Managers.
- 15 in Engineering.

- Building new, and optimizing ad products.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of our customers.

- You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
- You are comfortable partnering with a researcher.
- You will participate in the planning and development of new features and employ, as well as influence and evolve, design standards.
- The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with a standards team.
- You are a strong collaborator, communicator, and storyteller.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, and you are comfy with both business and ux metrics.
- When pasta sauce gets on your shirt, you don’t get upset, because you have grit, and can persevere.
- Translate business requirements into actionable, prioritized design steps
- Furnish design requirements.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
- Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Work with other agencies and 3rd parties to define and coordinate design deliverables.
- You have proven experience in all phases of the design process and want to continue to grow, including user research, accessibility, writing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and experience design.
- The ideal candidate will also have basic technical knowledge of websites and/or native apps, in the context of e-commerce.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
