2/22 - Nick and I met with the Private Equity firm (Peak Rock Capital) that owns Xenon arc and they are looking to grow their team with a few key roles. This Director of eCommerce will be one of those 3 critical roles that they will need to keep growing hte business. They are looking for people who want to be part of a collaborative team and on-site 3-4 days per week in Bellevue, WA.
Xenon arc - 10 year old business that Peak Rock Capital has owned for approximately 1 year. It feels more like a start-up with the energy and diversity of experiences in the team. They are around $120M and will likely come close to doubling in size this year. They help large organizations like Dupont, Quaker, Tate &Lyle, and Cargill sell their products (mostly chemicals) to much smaller organizations.
Salary Range = $140-160K + 20% bonus

FLSA Classification Exempt Reports to Chief Digital & Information Officer Summary The Director of ecommerce is responsible for defining and implementing ecommerce platform strategy to meet customer needs. Our customers are mostly B2B in the industrial and food ingredients markets globally. You will be responsible for implementing capabilities needed on the Adobe commerce platform to drive customer engagement, growth, and insights. Experience managing development and product management resources and collaborating with the digital marketing team in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Essential Job Duties
