- Operational Support of Proofpoint Compliance Archive for Microsoft M365 Teams Journaling
- Operational Support of Mail Gateways
- Managing ticket queues within ServiceNow
- Understanding of Active Directory, M365, Proofpoint Products (Compliance Archiving, Mail Gateway), Cisco Mail Gateway products and ServiceNow.
- End-User Support: Microsoft M365
- Strong understanding of Compliance Archiving
- 2 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
