Overview:
•In partnership with Director of Demand Generation, responsible for paid media strategy and the success of national and always-on paid media efforts.  
•Collaborate with brand teams to develop engaging multi-channel campaigns to drive measurable increases in brand awareness and lead generation.
•Analyze and prepare campaign performance data, and provide insights, learnings and optimization recommendations.
•Make budgetary recommendations to marketing leadership to help plan for most effective spend of marketing budget.
•Work across internal teams and external agency to ensure seamless, high quality advertising operations.
•Collaborate with our digital agency to plan and execute media buys.
•Inform and educate Brand and other Marketing team leads as a subject matter for paid media and lead generation.
•Stay up to date with advertising industry trends and news, to help inform campaign strategy and tactics.
•Prepare insightful POVs with a clear and rational recommendation.
 
Must Have:
•5+ years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on paid media management
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
•Google Ads Certified, Google Analytics Certified and Meta Blueprint Certification preferred, but not required.
•Experience successfully managing external partners (agencies/vendors) and internal teams (both formally and informally).
•Must have excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational and documentation skills.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with brand and business leaders
•Master proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Ability to be flexible and work through ambiguity.
•Detailed oriented and organized with strong project management skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
