Job Description
- Seeking a Sr. QA Analyst role to join our Business Technology team.
- This role will work with project teams to improve quality of release, with the core purpose of this position being to develop manual and automated scripts for project execution.
- This role will be a part of our Quality assurance team and work on implementing best QA Practices along with automation road map to enable QA support for ongoing support and project executions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of manual and automation testing experience, including in-depth experience in SDLC, Agile, test plan creation, requirements analysis, test case design, automation script creation and test execution best practices; or an equivalent combination of both.
- Required experience includes 5 + years of direct experience with Salesforce e-Commerce testing and functional and back-end testing of e-Commerce website and applications; SFDC and SFCC Functional testing experience.
- Candidates should hold hands-on experience with test development and execution background in B2B, and B2C applications; Azure DevOps/Team Foundation Server, Postman; SQL Server and/or DB2; Salesforce, Infor M3, and/or Order Dynamics OMS experience is desirable; Security and performance testing; Managing multiple projects and deadlines with shifting requirements and priorities; Automation experience is a plus.
- Candidates should have skill and knowledge with designing positive and negative functional tests, integration tests and end-to-end tests for multi-tiered, highly complex Enterprise systems; Ability to work with the vast array of information gathered during story refinement and planning; Effective oral and written communication skills to proactively communicate statuses and coordinate cross functional meetings; Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner and establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization; Strong understanding of basic software development lifecycles; Excellent problem-solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills; Good knowledge around order management and manufacturing process.
