- The Marketing Communications specialist for Electrophysiology will be responsible for assisting the Access Solutions team with digital and brand integration
- This work includes managing content development, facilitating reviews and approvals, rebranding collateral, managing vendors, and some occasional creative work, such as copywriting
- This role reports to the Electrophysiology Group Marketing Manager, with some shared accountability to the Access Solutions product marketing Director.
- In addition to meeting the experience requirements outlined below, this individual must have a proactive, can-do attitude and a highly collaborative communication style
- He or she must also demonstrate an ability to influence peers, colleagues and senior stakeholders who participate in the project execution and content review process, and this individual must be deadline oriented
- Assist the Access Solutions and EP teams in rebranding and migrating the content from Baylis Medical to BSC.com
- Participate in the integration of the Access Solutions value prop into the broader ablation portfolio story
- Manage creative partners across project execution and report back to integration team on progress and milestones
- Oversee project execution, from content development to content approvals to publication
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical and Legal for all required approvals
- Develop (over time) a subject matter expertise about relevant EP and Access Solutions topics and potential content
- Provide occasional copywriting and content development support for new materials as needed
- Collaborate with BSC corporate branding partners to integrate new creative for Access Solutions
- Develop and support key content deliverables for customer events as needed
- Support other critical integration efforts as assigned
- Cooperate with digital and social teams to ensure programs and content align with broader GDM requirements and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other relevant field
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly valuable
- Foundational understanding of digital and website platforms
- Familiarity with quality systems, such as regulatory review processes
- Comfort with copywriting skills required for healthcare professionals
- 0-2 years of experience in project management roles
- Ability to lead, influence, and negotiate
