- We are seeking a skilled Data & Visualization Analyst with strong SQL skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerBI and Quicksite.

- Analyzing data and reporting results to key stakeholders.
- Providing data and analytical consulting to internal stakeholders.
- Recommending information architecture, wireframes, and content strategy.
- Designing and developing compelling data visualization and information design solutions.
- Being an expert in legacy and contemporary data visualization and reporting applications.
- Developing complex reporting programs using a variety of reporting and analytic tools.
- Supporting colleagues with using data in innovative ways.
- Presenting information to leadership, including executives, and suggesting improvements to internal data sources, reports, dashboards, and tools.
- Mentoring others on information design, UX/UI design, and data sources.
- Partnering with internal customers to define business requirements and provide optimal data reporting solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence applications (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and graphic/UX design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Illustrator).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL programming.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience.
- Proven experience in working with customers to understand business questions and develop reporting and analytical solutions.
- Ability to design, evaluate, and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and executives.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting with diverse professional backgrounds (business, technical, and/or clinical).
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
