Shared Services team is looking to hire an experienced Sitecore Technical/Development Lead to drive the technical implementation and architecture for platform.
The developer will work with the Shared Services development team and will be responsible for providing guidance and hands-on implementation to deliver a content-editor focused and modern Sitecore implementation that fulfill the defined requirements throughout the project/program lifecycle.

• Responsible for the technical development and enhancement of the Sitecore implementation
• Deliver high-quality development of SXA components adhering to Sitecore best practices
• Be part of a team of Sitecore and front-end developers to implement modern sites
• Implement and support build and release processes for a globally redundant architecture
• Help define the roadmap for a composable and headless strategy
REQUIREMENTS
• 2 – 5 years of technical background and development experience with Sitecore and/or ASP.NET
• Good understanding of the modern front-end development workflow
• Able to implement according to industry best practice standards for serialization, code hygiene, and performance
• Knowledge of SXA in the implementation of rendering variants, custom components, and pipeline processors
STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience with implementing multilingual sites in Sitecore
• Experience with integrating Coveo search
• Experience with containers and cloud-native concepts

• Able to be self-sufficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Education
• A completed bachelor’s degree is required, Information Systems (or related) field is preferred.
