POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience gathering business requirements, working closely with business stakeholders on implementing new process for salesforce
- Engage with internal (CG) stakeholders and Retailers to identify key business requirements to support project change initiatives
- Define current state and future state process maps and document processes to support functional and non-functional changes
- Partner with IT to define requirements and test development that will be leveraged across the Retail organization including marketing, sales, finance, operations and Retail
- Identify roles, structures and standards that are needed to support project development work and support across the business including best practice processes and change management to drive uptake and utilization
