- The successful candidate will make an impact by leading digital customer experiences through execution of marketing campaigns, communication strategies and content development.
- Leads area digital strategy, enhancement and integrated marketing execution for divisions and the business group
- Manages end-to-end programs and always-on activities, including channel, digital needs and digital content creation
- Coordinates and leads integrated marketing campaign workshops based on business priority
- Provides strategic direction to portfolio, segment and activation marketers to optimize content needs
- Own customers’ online experiences and optimization thereof
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Agency experience and/or similar experience at a company similar to Client
- Five (5) combined years of experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, Project Management or Social Media role, or agency experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong strategic thinking, communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence
- Ability to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others and influence decision making
- Results oriented – proven successful to use qualitative and quantitative metrics to make recommendations and manage programs to drive revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Worker is self directed, brings a special skill and knowledge to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
- Worker proposes, plans, produces and measures integrated communication project and campaigns that support functional marketing/business plans, organizational plans and Clients reputation and brand strategy.
- Manages resources allocated to project by supervisor and clients.
- Provides training, and assistance to co-workers, team members, work groups and suppliers.
- Must apply advanced knowledge of communication processes and technologies and is able to identify and recommend new technologies/processes.
- The employee primarily uses influencing skills, writing, and presentation/speaking skills to lead, develop and execute multiple communication projects, manage project budgets, interpret and apply policies, or analyze data to make strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Also required are administrative, leadership, and short-term planning skills.
