Description:
  • Looking for 3-5 years experience. Not looking for someone with 10-20 years experience.
Looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple Risk teams (Enterprise Data Governance, Data Privacy and Protection, and Records Information Management) in leading work in an enterprise-level project through the following daily responsibilities:
  • Manage Project Plan in Enterprise Data Governance, Data Protection & Privacy, and Records Information Management
  • Oversee timely execution of project team deliverables (i.e., milestones, reports) leveraging the ability to manage through influence
  • Create and deliver clearly written communications, including enterprise level updates as required
  • Manage meeting cadences including scheduling, notes, and follow-ups on deliverables
  • Identify risk and issues and escalate accordingly within team
  • Demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
  • Create clear and timely project documentation & artifacts (i.e., plans, process flows, evidence, charters, requirements, schedules, weekly status reports, etc.)
  • Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Bring or develop solid understanding of Risk, Data Governance/Validation, Records Information Mgmt, and Data Quality requirements
  • Demonstrated excellence in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio
  • Demonstrated experience working on projects focused on data migration, cloud environments, or both
