Daily Responsibilities:
Bring your extensive experience with C# and .NET into pair-programming sessions to improve velocity and quality
Stand-ups / sprint-planning / retrospectives
Research, plan, and lead on initiatives to evolve the product architecture
Working on small cross-functional teams
Using skills/experience to support other teams/initiatives outside of core software development (e.g., DevOps)
Combination of remote and in-person
Try new things/ideas
Secure, Reliable, Scalable, Performant
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Initial projects involved in:

  • C# / .NET Core evolution
  • Security architecture evolution
  • Front-end (Razor) evolution
  • Persistence evolution

Desirable

  • .NET Framework AND .NET Core
  • To help with evolution
  • Web Application Development
  • MVVM / Razor
  • eXtreme Programming
  • SQL Server
  • Develop for a regulated industry
  • Modern Authentication (OAuth)
  • Integration/OData
