Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities will include:
  •  Perform general administrative duties which may include meeting management, calendar management, supply maintenance and mail distribution.
  •  Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  •  Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  •  Manage/enter data in one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits Learning and/or Recruitment.
  •  Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures.
  •  Manage onboarding of new hires including background verifications and paperwork assistance
  • List required Education/Experience/Skills a candidate must have to successfully perform the above duties/tasks
Required Qualifications:
  •  High School Diploma
  • Associates or bachelor’s with focus in HR is preferred.
  •  Must have professional experience in a corporate setting.
  • Must be extremely professional as this role will be at our global headquarters site. Proficient in excel, and other Microsoft programs. 
List Education/Experience/Skills that are not required, but helpful:
  •  1 year of experience
  •  HR experience
