- Experience with LMS (iSpring preferred, but not required). If they have familiarity with Salesforce, they should be able to pick this up quickly
- Looking for someone that is not afraid to take risks and speak up as well as come up with creative ways to train
- Be the gatekeeper for internal brand standards when material is submitted
- Well rounded training experience (technical, call center, product, HR/Leadership)
- Experience with animations
- Need experience creating training material (Camtasia, Articulate, other software as needed)
- Need someone who can create from the learner’s perspective
