Responsibilities:
- Designs and builds interactions (campaigns) in Redpoint platform. Includes web, email, text, telephony, and mail channels.
- Maintain existing activities live in the platform. Provide reporting, regression testing, support, and enhancement work as needed.
- Establish and lead a community of practice to support platform users outside the central team. Consult with and audit the work of other teams in the platform.
- Onboard and train additional users of the platform. Establish standards and document procedures to support the broader community.
- Enforce policies for privacy, consent, and platform usage when designing and building campaigns in the tool, in partnership with other areas of the organization.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document campaign requirements.
- Translates requirements to campaign configuration specifications, acceptance criteria, user experience requirements and system validation while considering the complete technical and non-technical solution.
- May assist product and operations leaders to coordinate deployment of deliverables (varies by product).
- Applies systems engineering methodologies and discipline throughout the product and project lifecycle based on assignment.
- Able to read, assess and interpret vended solution architecture and translate into scope of work and technical specification requirements for integration into Mayo Clinic engineering/technology systems and product operations work-flows.
- Accountable for the end-to-end campaign execution and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience in rgOne (Redpoint Global) platform.
- 3-5 years experience building campaigns in orchestration technology (could include MarTech, email, journey, etc.)
- Some level of knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across many technologies and activities and business partners.
- Ability to design journeys and consult on solutions. Ability to create journey design artifacts that describe the campaign flow and detail out effectively to advise the build.
- Ability to consult with marketing and digital teams as they begin to lay out journey-based communication
