- The IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for providing oversight and governance for the project demand process for project delivery services outsourced to company.
- The employee will provide direct support to the Transformation Strategy Execution Office (TSEO), collecting new and updated project demand and ensuring the demand is submitted to the outsourced provider using the appropriate tools and processes.
- The employee will monitor active requests, follow-up/escalate as needed, and provide status updates, estimates, and other deliverables back to the TSEO and the retained IT organization.
- The employee will identify process/service improvement opportunities as well as support organizational change management within company for any future process or tool changes initiated by company with impacts to company.
- The employee will also assist with management of the project portfolio owned by the CIO, facilitating governance and decision making meetings, documenting meeting minutes, coordinating the annual planning process, and helping to facilitate prioritization and trade-off decisions as needed.
- Leads and drives compliance with IT structures / processes / technologies
- Drives quality execution, operational excellence, and delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs
- Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities; supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis
- Lead and drive accountability for the delivery with AMOSA; identifies, develops and promotes proactive approaches to prevent issues from occurring
- Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape
- Directs and drives special IT run projects as needed while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Effectively develops and coaches team members as needed; manages multiple priorities at a time
- Integrates infrastructure services into company
- 3+ years of experience required
- Four-year degree required, advanced degree preferred
