Marketing Analytics Lead - Austin, TX

Job Description:

The Marketing Analytics Lead will play a critical role in the establishment of our marketing analytics function and will empower the use of data to drive business and customer value. Need someone who implemented and executed analytics tasks, not directed. They require someone who has the implementation/setup skillset as well more so than just the deriving of insight. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, develop, and implement a Marketing information architecture that enables capabilities such as visualizations & storytelling, Test & Learn, advanced analytics, and market research.
•    Develop advanced measurement models and capabilities, using best-in-class methodologies leading teams through the full project lifecycle.
•    Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Data leadership to drive strategies and methodologies that optimize campaign and channel effectiveness
•    Enable a deep understanding of the drivers of business growth, identify trends and opportunities for new sources of growth, and propose 
•    Champion the design and delivery of market, consumer, and competitor insights to drive effective marketing strategies
•    Translate business questions into analytic requirements, define KPIs, develop analysis/models and deliver solution in a timely, accurate manner.
•    Identify opportunities for analytics to better understand marketing targets and opportunities, utilizing both Kestra and third-party data sources.


SKILLS:
•    Understanding of B2B marketing concepts, processes, and tools, specifically in the areas of lead generation, digital/web/event analytics. 
•    Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to executives, with demonstrated success in driving impact in key strategy and investment decisions.
•    Ability to mine large and disparate datasets and synthesize into meaningful and actionable insights.
•    Previous experience working with digital marketing and media landscape, attribution, identity management and CRM.
•    Experience designing and leading Design of Experiments (DOE), A/B and multivariate testing in Digital, Event, and Paid Media campaigns.
•    Experience analyzing customer behavior, identifying segments/profiles, and building propensity models for targeting.
•    Intellectually curious and tenacious individual that will help drive innovation across the team and organization.
•    Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
•    Experience in Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cvent, Sitecore, R/Python a plus
