Job Description:

Searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, with a solid background working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The Digital Marketing Manager will join a growing Lead Generation team to build a B2B and B2C marketing engine.

•    The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with other members of the marketing team and may be responsible for managing outside vendors and agencies. They should have a strong understanding of various online marketing channels and technologies, as well as experience with data analysis and project management.
•    You will partner with our Heads of Marketing and Lead Generation Managers to execute upon their marketing strategies to deliver digital marketing and SFMC solutions.
•    Partner with Salesforce CRM team to come up with the best integration solutions to ensure the delivery of strategic campaigns.
•    Report and analyze campaign results against pre-defined marketing KPIs.
•    Execute on Digital Marketing projects that enrich Customer Journeys and User Experience.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce marketing content, such as blog posts, landing pages, emails, and digital advertising materials.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

•    Experience in Financial Services omni-channel B2B and B2C marketing.
•    Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SFMC, CMS tool
•    Expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Personalization, Content Builder and Advertising Studio, Marketing Cloud Connect, Audience Builder, Data Designer, Contact Builder, and Attribute groups. 
•    Hands-On experience creating and updating data extensions, sending real-time triggered emails.
•    A self-starter attitude with a hands-on mindset, lead by example at the tactical level.
•    Apply concepts in strategy, marketing, advertising, and lead generation.
•    Understanding of CRM concepts and email communication best practices.
•    Familiarity with HTML, CSS, AMP Script and JavaScript to support personalization efforts.
•    Basic knowledge API concepts.

•    Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
•    2-3 years experience.
