We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage DevOps/ CloudOps teams in the infrastructure and environment delivery planning and execution to re-platform several back office systems into the Cloud or into new on premise data centers. 

Within this program you will be interacting with multiple application development scrum teams, as well as enterprise shared services’ teams while managing your own CloudOps team to support with IAC and CICD deliverables on AWS. A successful candidate would require the ability to quickly understand the complex landscape of software, technologies, infrastructure, teams and processes. They will need to be highly motivated with demonstrated “ownership mentality” and utilize strong organizational and leadership skills in bringing the teams together to drive towards the planned roadmap, while keeping track of all dependencies.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for planning, orchestrating and delivering quality infrastructure and environment software platforms in support of full software and product life cycle management
• Review the solution architecture for a new project initiative and create a plan that lays out the required infrastructure deliverables and schedule across environments in conjunction with the project milestones
• Accountable for working with key stakeholders to breakdown the effort in activities and tasks as well as utilizing JIRA and confluence to manage and track project delivery
• Apply Agile methodology in building backlog, conducting grooming and prioritization ceremonies, helping teams in defining user stories and identifying optimal delivery sequencing
• Lead and facilitate scrum planning and daily scrum meetings while ensuring the right level of participation from the required teams
• Anticipate potential problems and be proactive to initiate a corrective action plan to circumvent a potential problem and maintain critical path objectives
• Work with management to staff and budget resources to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Evaluate progress and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics as required by IT leadership
• Manage infrastructure deliverables from inception to successful deployment and implementation across all lower and upper environments

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
• Prior experience with commercial software integration, application or infrastructure migrations, and/or large system re-platforming projects
• 8 to 10 years of technology project management experience is required
• Experience with leading Cloud providers but preferably AWS Cloud
• Experience leading diverse supplier groups as well as delivering in global setting
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Experience leading Agile initiatives including a good understanding of environment setup and DevOps practices (IAC and deployment pipeline)
• Proven ability to present and communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
• Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects, while ensuring knowledge share/documentation of repeatable processes and setup.
• Experienced or advanced knowledge of multiple IT disciplines including software designs and infrastructure patterns, quality assurance methods, requirement gathering, etc.
• Experience with JIRA and confluence to support status tracking and reporting is preferred
