· Manage, configure and maintain eLearning and virtual learning technologies using advanced technical knowledge of back-end processes, API s, and systems integrations
· Play a key role in collecting and interpreting learning data using BI tools to recommend updates and enhancements
· Turn training content into video scripts that will be self-study materials with a workbook
· Help capture customer support data and facilitate on closing gaps and common pain points
· Monitor team processes, recommend, and implement best practices to automate or streamline workflows and foster efficiency
· Independently manage and administer virtual classroom platform and vendor relationships.
· Research and recommend virtual classroom implementation best practices and develop and document support procedures
· Manage virtual classroom calendar and scheduling working with internal facilitators and managers
· Research and help create system technical requirements and documentation
· Provide eLearning and virtual learning support to different segments of agents as well as Development Manager population
· Create communicates attendance analytics for virtual Classrooms and webinars Qualifications
· Bachelor s Degree with concentration in information technology, data or computer sciences, related field or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
· Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
· Ability to work on simultaneous projects, using project management principles, practices and skills to identify, track and estimate duration of project tasks
· Robust working knowledge of learning management systems and virtual learning technologies, and their principles of operation (Docebo. Adobe Connect. Zoom experience preferred)
· Coding skills for this role: HTML. CSS. and JavaScript
· Troubleshooting issues with virtual learning sessions
· Familiarity with Zoom. Adobe Connect
