- Develop automated data transformation solutions using healthcare data
- Using healthcare data to achieve administrative needs and goals.
- Understanding data storage and data sharing methods.
- Develop ETL patterns which make the most efficient use of data warehouse hardware resources, in order to deliver timely results to business customers.

- Pull and integrate data from disparate sources
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) frameworks
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data management systems
- Development Experience in Azure or other cloud-based platform.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years experience in healthcare.
- 3+ years’ experience in a data warehouse/data management development role.
- Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL.
- 3+ years experience using SSIS for data warehouse development.
- Hands on knowledge of SQL database operations, performance tuning, script / package building, deployment methodologies and source control tools
- Should have knowledge of agile/scrum framework process and tools
- Development experience with BI or data visualization tools.
- Experience using a code repository for code version control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience with on-prem to cloud migration
- Should have knowledge of agile/scrum framework process and tools
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data management systems
- Master's degree advantageous
- Cloud-based MPP database platform experience, such as AWS or Snowflake.
- Development experience with Power BI
- Experience using Github for code versioning.
- Development experience with SSIS and Informatica..
