Role Overview
  • As the Marketing Enablement, Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the practice of a core business tool, Salesforce.
  • Your goal will be to oversee and sustain business practices that support the working teams, and continually evolve how the team utilizes Salesforce as we transform and grow.
  • You will be the expert in how the team uses Salesforce to deliver on the campaign process and other business tools that support the work, as well as train teams on how to best use Salesforce with our campaign process. 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of: 
  • Exceptional communication skills with leading ongoing adoption & improvements of Salesforce
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Solution focused with a history of successfully driving technology projects from planning to completion 
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to know each stakeholder involved in a project
Responsibilities:   
  • Be a strategic business partner with an operational lens on the current and future business state of Salesforce.  Develop Salesforce best practices that enable a Cross-Functional team to succeed at growing the business while maintaining operational excellence. 
  • Lead ongoing adoption and improvements with CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Partner closely with internal Digital, Analytics and Technology (DAT) teams and be a voice of the business in weekly agile ceremony meetings. 
  • Work with Client Ads team to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and level of effort.
  • Identify efficiencies and prioritize Salesforce development work with our administration team. 
  • Establish oneself as the Subject Matter Expert for how the tool works and implications to enhancements and improvements. 
  • Intake desired enhancements from partners and synthesize, assess, and lead the implementation of changes to the tool and how it supports the business. 
  • Develop and drive the work for Salesforce to be an optimized and efficient business management tool for all Client Ads teams and stakeholders. 
  • Provide consistent communication to the business team on the state of the tool and its impact to the business.
  • Establish Salesforce training approaches and onboard new team members on Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards administration and other routine tasks. 
  • This position will report to the Marketing Enablement Sr. Manager 
Basic Qualifications
  • 2-4 years’ experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • 2+ years’ Project management experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field 
  • Working knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile approaches to Project Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, act proactively, comfortable, and actionable under circumstances of ambiguity, builds relationships, anticipated problems, and solutions, and work cross-functionally with business partners
  • High level of ethics, integrity, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Project Management Institution (PMI) certifications are highly preferred 
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
