TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Well organized and detail-oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow through to ensure all tasks are completed
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Bridge
- Demonstrate clear communication skills (verbal and written) with partners
- Should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Prior experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or other complex databases is a plus
SUMMARY
- The Content Sample & Production Coordinator manages various duties leading up to and during photo and video shoots to ensure the Studio and Content Production teams are able to execute quickly and efficiency.
- While the primary focus is on management of product samples, the Coordinator may also support teams working both in Studio and on location with documentation and tracking, organization, and communication of information and materials. While specific tasks may vary, a high degree of organization and an ability to work quickly are both necessary.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support the maintenance of a robust, well organized Sample Library
- Receive, check-in, and organize Production samples as needed (may be daily)
- Maintain Sample timeline and communicate key dates to cross-functional partners in advance
- Support the update and publication of Weekly Sample and Comp reports as assigned
- Order and pull product from DC as assigned
- Pull and organize product samples and comps for photoshoots
- Maintain Prop library, organizing, pulling, and replacing props as needed
- Update and maintain Product Photo Queue as assigned
- Participate in weekly status meetings, providing updates on sample deliveries and sample requests as needed
- Support the coordination and execution of photoshoots in studio and on location
- Coordinate and/or purchase samples, comp products, props, wardrobe, supplies, and other materials for photo & video shoots as assigned
- Organize and maintain material lists prior to shoots as assigned
- Pack, ship, track, receive and organize and maintain all materials for shoots, whether in Studio or on location; ensure items arrive on time in good condition
- Coordinate with Content Production teams to ensure product comps and samples are received on time and sent back to sample management at the conclusion of the shoot
- Coordinate craft services or other food options for studio shoots as assigned
- Partner with Studio photographers and Retouchers as needed to support Product and Marketing photo workflow
- Work in Digital Asset Management system to upload assets and edit metadata
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- Preferred major in Art, Photography, Fashion, or Marketing
