- This Project Architect is responsible for designing and implementing a project that is part of a complex and high risk $20M+ program to implement solutions for OT asset management and device tagging.
- This position is ultimately responsible for the overall solution architecture design and successful implementation of the solution into Production.
- Become familiar with enterprise standards and design patterns across the organization (Infrastructure, Network, Security, Data, Integrations, Reporting & Analytics, Monitoring, etc.)
- Detailed design, configuration, and development of an OT asset management solution for monitoring or tagging in confirmation with enterprise standards.
- Create non-functional requirements
- Monitoring vendor software configuration, integration development, data management, and vendor technical activities.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, business users, business SMEs, application technical analysts, domain leads, group architects and enterprise architects as necessary.
- Focus on technology convergence vs proliferation in accordance with enterprise standards, while also being mindful of user experience
- Create detail level design for custom software integration solutions.
- Develop artifacts for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance.
- Oversee setup of non-production and production environments.
- Coordinate software installation and configuration.
- Provide leadership to in house and vendor technical resources, working with PM on suggested work assignments and leading team from design to solution.
- Serve as liaison to other teams involved in project, coordinating integration work.
- Work with Test Lead to coordinate environments and help coordinate technical resources to support testing activities.
- Work closely with PM, providing status updates on risks, issues and tasks completions.
- Coordinate technical aspects of deployment, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, and software deployment.
- Coordinate peer review and Software Configuration Management activities.
