- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Assist with weekly registration reporting and data clean up
- Track registration and hotel reservation reporting for discrepancies
- Assist with post-event attendance reporting
- Help finalize and process contracts for approval
- Process invoices for payment and set up new vendors, as needed
- Track and respond to incoming event emails
- Assist with preparation of event documents such as program of events (POE) and frequently asked questions (FAQ)
- Attend event planning, take notes and assist with internal and external stakeholder follow up, as needed
