Key Job Responsibilities
  • Hands-on foundational research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping and customer research - taking problems from concept to implementation, quickly and iteratively.
  • Partner with design system team to ensure reusability and contribute to the design system ecosystem to improve and evolve design patterns.
  • Manage and translate end user research, facilitate structured brainstorming and ideation techniques, oversee rapid prototyping.
  • Translate business strategies into user experiences, which may include persona development, workflow planning, wireframes, and low fidelity sketches.
  • Deeply understand the needs, pain points, behaviors, emotions and journeys of users in the context of the digital and clinical experience.
  • Identify and coach other team members on user experience design.
  • Quantitative/qualitative customer research and experimentation to deliver the best experiences
  • Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders, including researchers, product managers, engineers as well as execs and customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of UX/UI Product Design experience
  • Should have visual design expertise, highly skilled in UI Design
  • should have human-centered / design thinking training
  • Should understand agile / lean + development frameworks
  • Should be a self-starter whos open to ambiguity and change
  • Should have a portfolio of work demonstrating your human centered approach and design thinking skills
  • can lead user tests + research studies a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • experience designing data-heavy software, healthcare experience a plus
  • experience with Figma, Sketch + Axure libraries
  • service design and creative workshop experience
  • experience working in large, highly-matrixed corporation
Projects the candidate will be working on:                                                                 
  • Design System team on Clinical Manager Platform. OCM is a strategic,?enterprise clinical platform?across and that?leverages shared technology and services.?
  • As an integrated, cloud native, scalable technology platform, OCM?delivers seamless end-to-end clinical solutions?that are configurable, resilient, and quick to build while?reducing overall enterprise technology costs.
  • You will collaborate closely with your product and dev partners in solving problems for our users using human centered design principles.
  • We're combining Design and UX with leading-edge technologies to re-invent healthcare!
