Overview
The Business Analyst’s role is to work with customers / other departments to review, analyze, evaluate, design, test, implement, and support service capabilities specific to one or more of Delaget’s customers and/or functional areas.
Overview:
•Establish and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers.
•Serve as a business resource for both internal staff and external users.
•Work closely with customers, account managers, and/or developers to establish a clear understanding of business requirements.
•In conjunction with the development team, aids in the design of new services and/or redesign of existing services.
•Provide and maintain documentation for both new and existing solutions.
•Create test cases / expected results and lead the testing process.
•Assess, test, and troubleshoot the integration of new and modified solutions with existing solutions.
•Ensure the overall quality of new / existing solutions and that solutions meet business requirements.
•Provide assistance to internal and/or external users with regard to the implementation, support, and improvement of solutions.
•Assist in the training of end users, internal staff and other Business Analysts where necessary.
•Coordinate with customers and/or other departments to ensure the continued successful operation of solutions.
•Work with customers / end-users to identify, evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, including the identification of workaround procedures when standard procedures fail.
•Maintain the security and confidentiality of client data, as well as internal processes and solutions.
•May be responsible for the coordination and completion of large projects, including the coordination of project priorities / schedules, conducting of project meetings, and communication of project status.
Must Have:
•At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience.
•Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
•Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Familiarity with relational database technology and SQL.
•A history of professional programming experience is preferred.
