- The Product Owner will work on a program that will consolidate all Consumer Communications into a central organization and platform.
- The Product Owner will lead the priorities, feature and story definition working with 2-6 Business System Analysts and a 5-7 person scrum team.
- The Product Owner will also participate in a broader team leading the initiative
- Ability to define features and break down features into user stories into enough detail that a scrum team can build, test and deploy the features. Develops use-case scenarios to illustrate user/market requirements.
- Establish feature priorities within the agile backlog using metrics associated with business value. Gathers and analyzes data to assess capability related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Provides facts and criteria to support decision-making;
- Ensures alignment with business stakeholders and works with cross-functional teams to execute;
- Takes feedback and works closely with internal client to problem-solve and translate feedback appropriately into backlog; Is able to describe learnings and impact to original plans.
- Combines relevant industry data and internal business metrics to clearly articulate ongoing business value of capability to deepen sustainable, productive relationship with internal clients and partners.
- Explains to peers and business clients how the capability maps to overall business strategy; Articulates the role the capability plays in delivering on the business strategy and future roadmap; Work output considers regulatory environment, sales, digital experience, and channel.
- MS Office toolset, Rally (formerly CA Agile)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of product or project development experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
- Previous experience working with or in Reporting & Analytic based team
