Team and Team size:
  • 4 team members
Top Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop SQL Server reporting
  • maintain SSRS reporting server and reports
  • support and develop PowerBI dashboard and reports
  • manage reporting subscriptions
  • maintain reporting catalogue
  • Nextgen database related maintenance (code updates, customizations)
Software tools/skills:
  •  
Skills/attributes Required
  •  Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years IT experience
  • SQL Certification
  • 7+ years health care IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases
  • 5+ years intermediate to advanced SQL Server Management Studio experience (Version 2005 or higher), SQL SSIS experience, and SQL Querying Tuning
  • 5+ year experience in working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define problems and design large-scale, enterprise class solutions
  • 4+ years of strong Informatics / ETL experience
  • 4+ years Nextgen EMR and EPM application and/or database experience
  • 3+ years PowerBI management and development
Skills/attributes Preferred
  •  Ability and proven experience documenting application program code (technical documentation) and application functionality (end-user documentation for business users)
  • Experience with big data
  • Ability to analyze and document process logic and data flow
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions
  • Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
