Job Description:
- Engineering Change Coordinator will monitor, drive to completion including acceleration across Engineering teams including product stewardship, packaging, molding and automation related Change Requests(CR), Change Orders(CO) to assist in running to ground the reviews, approvals and communication activities.
- Supporting the SME’s / CR-CO originators to realize increased cadence in completion of CR/CO’s in the QMS system (AGILE) Create/develop metrics to track transaction times to identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness.
- Track and communicate on a regular basis CR/CO backlog and progress. Serve as single point of contact for IDDM engineering related to CR/CO changes.
Additional Info:
- Requires HS Degree and good communication skills (especially written via email). Use quality system AGILE. - preferred Any QMS - highly preferred Experience with data- highly preferred Gathering data in AGILE and exporting to Excel (Creating data sets, tracking and trending) Change process that currently is getting stalled by reviewers, acknowledgers and approvers. driving these change requests through the system and handling follow up communications (Teams, email and calls)
- This role will assist with follow ups and capturing data. Drilling down to see time in approval queues.
- Manager will assist with training in the system. Experience in quality and regulated environment- highly preferred Great at data analysis but also communication.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
