Job Description:
  • Technical Discussion and Testing to Validate Knowledge during interview.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Detailed knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager 6.2.X, 7.X, and 10.X in a distributed and centralized environment, Avaya Session Manager 6, 10 VoIP (H.323 and SIP) and TDM (ISDN and RBS), CTI applications in a Call Center environment, Avaya Peripheral Gateways, Avaya CMS, Modular Messaging, AES, Avaya 1X Agent, Avaya IP Agent, ACCCM, Teams Voice, Session Boarder Controllers
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to manage partners and vendors
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  •  Ability to develop strong working relationships
  •  Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
  •  Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

  • Applies advanced networking concepts in the analysis, study, and design of data networks. Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommends modifications to network components. Designs and optimizes network topologies and site configurations. Plans installations, transitions, and cutovers of network components and capabilities. Resolves network problems to obtain operation access to platforms/applications.    
Additional Job Details:  
  •  Looking for people that have a proven track record in support/engineering on Microsoft Teams Voice or Avaya. Strong SIP troubleshooting Experience. ** This position is for Network Voice Services.
  • The ideal Candidate must have a strong background in Supporting Voice Services in a Large Enterprise or Carrier Class Network.
  • SIP/IP Voice Design, Build, and support is a must. Back Ground in Session Boarder Controllers, and end user phone communication.
  • Cloud Voice Services, and Teams Voice design and support would be preferred. Projects are VOIP Refresh, SIP Trunking, E911,
  • Contact Center, Automated SIP Routing Deployment, MS Teams Voice Deployment, Advance Support of Teams Voice, Video, Chat troubles 3 Skills: VOIP/SIP, Session Boarder Controller Design/maintenance, Contact Center.
