Job Description:
  • We are a new, but quickly growing team that assists the enterprise with the detection and prevention of fraud.
Project Description:
  • On the Enterprise Fraud Prevention team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that really enjoys coming to work! This is a great opportunity for those interested in fraud, investigations, or law enforcement.
  • In this role you will use digital tools to investigate and prevent fraud attempted against Client.
  • Curious individuals with a passion for problem-solving and puzzles will do well in this role!
Position Summary/Job Description:
  • Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations
  • Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud
  • Assist with ongoing investigations
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
  • Developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented, analytical
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a work from home environment
  • Ability to use data to confidently make decisions 
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • Digital video skills (can teach)
  • SQL experience
  • Investigation experience
