Onsite in Lehi, UT
This role will be directly supporting employees in the office on a daily basis.
- The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, peripherals, and other network-connected devices. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. This person will ensure the functional operations of technology equipment in our Lehi office.
- Support the executive team for in person meetings at the Lehi office
- Repair, upgrade, provision, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other hardware
- Set up computer hardware to support employee return to office plans
- Ship computer hardware to remote employees
- Utilize ServiceNow for asset management and apply good asset tracking solutions
- Collaborate with technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop environment
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with the rest of the Business Technology Support Team
- Provide training to end-users on company devices and software applications
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, chats, and tickets regarding end-user issues in a timely manner.
- - Deploying, Troubleshooting, recovering equipment from employees in our corporate offices, assisting executives with their equipment, managing conference rooms, or office printers

In compliance in compliance with state laws and regulations related to job posting requirements, the salary range for this role is $15.00 -$115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ).
