As the Graphic Designer on the Product and Experience Design team, you partner closely with your XD team members, cross team members, and leadership to bring concepts and storytelling to life through compelling, beautiful, and on-brand visuals and graphics. You will work across various digital mediums, including presentations, digital documents, infographics, and standalone vector graphics. You will also be responsible for searching for, sourcing, and resizing appropriate photography for specific projects.

Skills:
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field preferred but not required
  • A compelling portfolio that showcases your design abilities, style, and experience
  • Ability to create clear and engaging graphics that represent complex concepts and storytelling
  • Ability to ideate and iterate to provide multiple visual concepts for projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative/agile design process
  • Ability to understand and expertly utilize brand standards to create designs
  • Ability to build professional, productive, trusting relationships with partners and team members
  • A working style that demonstrates respect, initiative, ownership, transparency, adaptability, and accountability
  • Desire to work as part of a collaborative team, both giving and receiving feedback
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, including solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate design choices and rationale to peers and leaders
  • Have a genuine passion for helping people who need our help the most
