Team and Team size:

  • 10 OM team members and 20 Lost Boys scrum team -mix onshore and offshore team members
  • FSE full stack engineers and SDETs

Top Responsibilities:

  • Talent will be responsible for triaging production tickets and identifying Root cause Analysis. Fixing the issue.
  • Individual will work DEV OPS model across legacy clinical systems while being exposed to the latest/greatest clinical cloud-based platform.
  • Work side-by-side with senior engineers, Looking for great Interpersonal/soft skills.
  • The individual will be part of an agile team responsibilities predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications.
  • Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Talent will be responsible for working through assigned tickets, fixing bugs or developing new codes
  • Assisting SLO with day to day coverage on/offshore support team
  • Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
  • Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
  • Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
  • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
  • Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
  • Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution - Work with the Service Manager in process improvement initiatives as directed by the service
  • Design, Test and Deliver code that matches requirements. Work successfully in agile-scrum fashion. Assist engineering lead in researching solution and design options.
  • Hands on Full Stack Engineer who lead by Example with Developers
  • Responsible for building production ready features and capabilities with best engineering quality standards
  • Shares knowledge internally with peers and leaders and acts as an internal resource for teams and business units within their areas of expertise
  • Work with Sr Principle engineer/Technical Architect to develop the prototype into production ready feature

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Experience building web applications.
  • 5-7+ year of experience building large-scale software applications.
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs.
  • Full Stack Engineer, JAVA, GraphQL; Angular welcome! ATDD skills a plus but not required
