Description:
  • Currently seeking a Tradeshow & Event Planner to play a crucial role within Corporate Payment Systems. 
  • The successful candidate will have a focus on the planning/execution of tradeshows and events.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the management of our participation in third-party events as a sponsor and/or exhibitor and hosted events as assigned. 
  • They will also play a critical role in the deployment of event plans and internal event communications, development of event resources, and collaboration within internal teams and stakeholders.
  • With very keen attention to detail, the Tradeshow & Event Planner will have established experience with end-to-end tradeshow and event production, including project management, communications, budgeting, travel coordination and will have a knack for technical elements of in person and digital events.
  • The successful candidate will be used to a high energy work environment and will be skilled at managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing needs. 
  • They will a natural problem-solver and work well independently and in collaboration with others. The successful candidate will reside in the CAO organization and will work alongside a variety of sales, product, and marketing colleagues.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four or more years of related experience in marketing with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in tradeshow management.
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to craft impactful messaging for internal, external and executive audiences.
  • Skilled project manager, able to shift priorities and delegate as needed.
  • Proven ability to work independently, successfully handle multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Makes data-driven decisions.
  • Team player. Flexible. Results and service-oriented and with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Top 3 skills required:
  • Successful at project management, problem solving, and effectively communicating
Minimum education requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
