Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues?
  • Consult with stakeholders to define problem statements
  • Configure Workday solutions and demonstrate design options?through the use of?prototyping?
  • Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday?
  • Analyze Workday releases and provide recommendations, testing support, etc.
  • This candidate will be working alongside our internal HR Product Services team supporting Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking business process enhancements, break/fix issues, and data maintenance. 
  • Work may include supporting the Payroll team for year end planning and testing, designing and enhancing Workday business processes, evaluating impacts of Workday delivered features and updates, mass updates of setup data and payroll data using EIBs, and more. 
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with Product Owners and cross functional teams as well as customers for demos and proof of concepts.
  •  
  • Position requires 3 or more years of experience in Workday HCM configuration with specific experience supporting Payroll,
  • Absence, and Time tracking modules. We work in an agile environment with the JIRA tool, and stories assigned to this candidate will support the HR business line in enterprise initiatives, which will involve gathering requirements, proposing design, completing configuration, writing and executing test scenarios, and consulting on change management and communication.
