RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translates and documents business requirement(s) into Functional Specifications
  • Work closely with business to understand and address project needs
  • Advise business team members on business process options
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to address business/systems issues or project
  • Interact with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and provides briefings to senior leaders
  • Facilitate discussions to negotiate and reach understanding or agreements to solve business and technical challenges in the most optimal way
  • Facilitate interviews to gather requirements, document current process, and design future state
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes
  • Drive business agenda during solution delivery process
  • Responsible for technical solution delivery
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
