Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Communications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships and work collaboratively across all functional and geographic areas
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Experience developing and implementing thoughtful, integrated communications plans
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications

  •  Role will create and implement strategic promotional plans for special events -- including congresses, healthcare professional education programs, webinars, and advocacy/awareness events.
  • Additionally, this role will create, manage, and implement our social media strategy and presence.
A day in the life:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans designed to improve and engagement and conversion around special events, including congresses, healthcare professional education programs, webinars, and advocacy/awareness events.
  • Accelerate our social media presence and rethink our strategy.
  • Partner daily with a strong and enthusiastic marketing team to advance business objectives and ensure our events and social media are aligned and harmonious with marketing initiatives.
  • Use your channel knowledge and experience to evolve and expand our social strategy; using the platforms to advance our business goals while accelerating the adoption journey intelligently and strategically.
  • Leverage your analytic skills to measure and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of your marketing communications efforts; and use those insights to optimize campaigns by adjusting the marketing mix, the message, and the channel approach.
  • Ensure global message consistency, in part through the creation of turn-key resources for regional use.
  • Exercise your interpersonal skills to build business relationships with a distributed workforce, engaging and working with team members across the globe.
