TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Communications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships and work collaboratively across all functional and geographic areas
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing digital ecosystems, including engagement with paid, owned, and earned digital channels
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Experience developing and implementing thoughtful, integrated communications plans
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications (5 years of experience with a master’s degree

Description:

  • This role will manage marketing communications programs targeting referral physicians, helping move them along their adoption journey while building a referral pathway for people to receive treatment for their hypertension. 
A day in the life:
  • You will develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans designed to accelerate the adoption journey among key stakeholders and create competitive differentiation and barriers to entry.
  • You will partner daily with a strong and enthusiastic marketing team to advance business objectives and ensure alignment and harmony across initiatives.
  • You will use your channel knowledge and experience to evolve and expand a robust digital strategy, including lead generation, and lead nurture campaigns.
  • You will use your analytic skills to measure and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of your marketing communications efforts; and use those insights to optimize campaigns by adjusting the marketing mix, the message, and the channel approach.
  • You will ensure global message consistency, in part through the creation of turn-key resources for regional use.
  • You will have challenging assignments, the opportunity to grow your skillset, and a lack of dull moments. You will make a difference.
  • You will exercise your interpersonal skills to build business relationships with a distributed workforce, engaging and working daily with team members across the globe.
