Our Client's Account Supervisor acts in a lead capacity for an account executive group of employees within the clients Digital Agency. This position oversees higher profile clients and handles the more demanding deadlines of the business. Also responsible for the performance of subordinates and ensuring those projects go out in a correct and timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Can make executive-level recommendations with little to no support; seen as an influential leader and role model of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Helps team members improve and progress in their careers; helps account managers resolve complex problems, provides recognition for good performance and constructive feedback.
  • Creative liaison to filter pertinent messaging and creative guidelines throughout internal agency and other departments.
  • Directs and coordinates the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service.
  • Lends direction and management for the execution of ad design, operations, campaign management and optimization.
  • Provides strategy updates on a continual basis to ensure consistency in creative and messaging.
  • Proactively anticipates how changes potentially impact their team and work.
  • Leads initiatives that drive an impact to the business.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Marketing degree plus 5-7 years of advertising agency experience.
  • Specializes in strategy development and execution through creative.
  • Good working knowledge of marketing and advertising program development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with limited direction and manager involvement.
  • Can lead broad projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, written and oral communication skills.
  • Capacity to execute aggressive deadlines under rapidly changing business dynamics.
