Job Summary:   

  • The Scrum master will support and coordinate the scrum teams for the global ARDx Salesforce instances.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings and other team meetings such as retrospectives, scrum of scrums, etc.
  • Removing impediments and/or guide and support the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Participate in and help ensure organized cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate with other IT teams not part of agile scrum team to ensure dependencies are coordinated across teams

Other Duties:      

  • Support IT Product Owners in grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Develop training and/or supporting materials
  • Provide recap on sprint trends via JIRA reporting
  • Other coordination activities as needed
  • Other tasks assigned as necessary

Accountability/Supervision

  • Receives general direction/supervision from the Project Manager
  • Receives technical/team methodology direction from CRM Solutions Manager and IT Product Owners

Relationships:

Internal:

  • Salesforce CRM Project Team members
  • Salesforce CRM support staff team members
  • ARDx IT
  • ARDx commercial business

External:

  • N/A (other consultants on the project only)

Equipment:

  • Standard office equipment and personal computer

Working Conditions:

  • Typical Office Environment
  • Working with remote teams

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum of 2 years of IT related experience, or the equivalent combination of education experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in project coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  •  

Desired:

  • Agile certification – scrum alliance scrum master and/or product owner
  • Demonstrated experience with larger teams – remote teams
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com software – (not required)
  • Tools and Technologies desired: JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Salesforce
