JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Project Manager - Creative Ops will be responsible for guiding, facilitating, and supporting the everyday operational needs of creative teams.
  • That includes calendar building, management, and timeline support for the teams.
  • The role requires the ability to think logically and attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • This role will be closely connected to Creative teams & cross-functional Ops to ensure creative projects workflow efficiencies in the end-to-end creative process. 
  • The position requires expertise in managing multiple projects at a time, from project kick-off and coo
  • rdination to on-time delivery, in respect to milestones execution.
  • The Project Manager must strive under pressure and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This entails embedding in the ever-changing workflow and navigating through a grey area with focus and clarity.
  • The role requires strong project management and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on building effective cross-functional relationships and strong team dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, track and manage creative timelines from start to execution
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with creative teams to review calendars and ensure projects are being executed as planned
  • Responsible for booking leadership and team meetings
  • Prepare agendas and create meeting recaps
  • Responsible for assisting with technology needs
  • Attend kick-off meetings to recognize creative projects needs
  • Develop and grow cross-functional partnerships. Work as the main liaison between creative ops and channel teams to streamline process efficiencies and align on decisions
  • Partner with Operation teams, and executive assistants supporting the team leads and the working teams to ensure milestone shifts are managed and meetings occur as planned
  • Support Creative Operations Director in process improvements, identifying pain points and making recommendations for future state processes as well as technology improvements and streamlining efficiencies.
