Description:

  • Responsible to provide support and coordination in the daily duties required to comply with process integrity, systems monitoring and data collection requirements for a specific entity (an entity defined as a specific group designated to specific responsibilities.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Job responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead team and internal customer meetings
  • Pre-review A&P materials:
  • Promotional Material Review & Approval form completeness check (i.e., description and reason for change are complete and accurate, form questions are answered correctly, SME reviewers are accurately identified,)
  • Review and confirm all required content and attachments are present
  • Review and confirm all meta deta info sections in Veeva are completed per A&P procedure
  • Review and redline for appropriate use of disclaimers, footnotes, anchors sufficiently support claim, etc.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, guidelines and how to documents related to the A&P procedure
  • Support team response to audit requests.
