Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate requirements for eManuals upload and release.
- Drafts documentation related to eManuals upload and release.
- Uploads documentation to AEM WCMS and manages metadata related to documentation.
- Ensures completion of release process for documentation in PLM.
- Researches status of documentation packages with respect to BOM implementation.
- Effectively communicates insights, project plans, and progress to stakeholders.
- Provides technical expertise for system usage and procedures.
- Experience with AEM WCMS a plus.
- Provides inputs for updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Participates in process improvement activities with relation to eManuals identification, release and upload process.
- Coordinate documentation release activities in PLM.

- May provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals or employees in Support Career Stream.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 0 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
