  • Conduct D365 administrative functions (e.g. manage CRM user accounts, monitor event logs, maintain security permissions, troubleshoot system issues, audit access, etc.)
  • Customize fields and views, and contribute to the CRM team’s design and development of solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals
  • Provide basic CRM reports to end-users, including the creation of advanced finds and dashboards
  • Drive technical test plans for releases, upgrades, integrations, and system migrations
  • Work with the CRM team on the latest CRM releases and features, making recommendations as appropriate
  • Assist with testing new or updated features
  • As a member of the CRM team, act as a liaison between end-users, stakeholders, vendors, and internal Information Services team members
  • Import accounts, contacts, and other data as needed, ensuring data integrity
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests to identify duplicate entries and other data-related issues
  • Work with the CRM team to evaluate, recommend, test, and integrate additional technology tools into D365 applications to meet business requirements and objectives as needed
  • Document processes, error reports, and change requests
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 7+ years of Microsoft CRM administration experience, including Dynamics Online
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of D365 applications in order to inform enhancements to the system
  • Managing D365 releases and CRM upgrades
  • Providing D365 end-user support
  • Importing sales data and generating D365 CRM reports
  • Managing CRM on-prem to online migrations; D365 tenant-to-tenant migrations a plus
  • D365 technical certification a plus
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple demands and simultaneous projects
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with a desire to innovate and improve on the current state
  • Ability to work well within a team and proactively adjust priorities given larger Information Services team and business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate concepts to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans
  • Bachelor's degree (computer science or similar preferred) or equivalent experience
