Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This position is to support Medicare and Retirement acquisition portal (PRJ289754 DCE/BPE Drug Pricing for Group Retiree)

Ideal Background:

  • This candidate should be a Full stack developer (FSE).


  • Full Stack Engineer, familiar with Agile methodology and good communication skills

Top Requirements:

  • Spring MVC, Spring Boot/Spring React
  • Hibernate/JPA
  • HTML with Angular

Team and Team size:

  • (1-PO, 1-EM, 1-SM/SA, 5-Dev, 2-QE/QA)


  • Expert level knowledge on JAVA with UI
  • Web Framework experience with
  • Spring MVC
  • Spring Boot/Spring React
  • Hibernate/JPA
  • Web UI experience with
  • HTML5
  • CSS,
  • AJAX,
  • JavaScript
  • Angular 9+
  • Basic knowledge on database
  • Experience in developing Web Services (REST, SOAP)
  • Experience with automated unit testing technologies (Such as JUnit, Spock, or similar)
  • Experience with Design patterns and software engineering best practices
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).


  • Knowledge of Monitoring and tracking tools like Splunk and DTSAAS
  • Ability to review Functional specifications and interpret into Technical specifications
  • Experience with Version control tools like GIT.
  • Hands on experience on CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Docker etc.
  • Web UI experience with
  • Bootstrap
  • React/vue or other frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lead the technology as a senior member of the software engineer team, as part of an Agile scrum team assigned to work on the project
  • Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs
  • Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of
  • design/architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leadership
