Four biz lines reporting to it, the team has a lot of admin tasks. Looking to an IT PM or PA and assess what can be automated in the current processes, and to implement the automation, utilizing the existing tools (365 suite) rather than building/coding (not looking for a developer). Will partner with business solutions team during the process so the teams align.

Position Summary
Participates in technology projects in support of application development efforts. Contributes to the development of project plans and related artifacts. Assists in defining project scopes, duration, costs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and investigates SharePoint/Office365 issues that arise and responds to users on problems identified.
  • Provides direct technical and analytical support on SharePoint Site Owners Compliance project.
  • Monitors project tasks and task dependencies using manual or automated processes. Assists project leaders in corrective planning to ensure results remain in line with target performance metrics.
  • Performs project control functions; scope management, quality management, schedule management, risk management and communication management.
  • Performs project status reporting and communication functions with project stakeholders including business areas and management.

  • Education: Associate's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two to five years preferred.
  • Business process improvement experience
  • PM experience
  • IT experience around the O365
  • Functional Knowledge Preferences
  • Knowledge Areas:
  • Project Management concepts
  • Automation practices
  • Application development process improvement Technical Skills: Process improvement methodologies
  • Certifications/Licenses: PMI Certification a plus
