Priorities

Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Technical field, or equivalent in education and experience
  • 3+ years of formal marketing experience, preferably in B2B durable goods and services
  • Computer skills, MS Office Suite, intra & internet application, etc.
  • Experience and training in Product Management and Agile principles
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven performance as a self-starter, with a sense of urgency that embraces an entrepreneurial approach amidst ambiguity
  • Proven leadership ability, effective as a role model for the department; gets results through leading and coaching others
  • Proven interpersonal skills and savvy, being effective in listening, verbal, and written communication to work in high-performance teams, developing customer relationships
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and work with minimal supervision
  • Proven decision-making ability; makes decisions in the best interest of both company and customer, demonstrates creativity and effectiveness in decision making within established company guidelines
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, delegate, and multi-task
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker, ability to translate strategy to tactical action/execution
  • Demonstrated ability to translate and/or communicate customer pains, needs, and desires and industry trends to Product Development/R&D to facilitate the development of new/improved processes and products
